Public offer

for information services of Use7en by subscription

"GRAF-CORP" LLC ("the Contractor") offers any person aged 18 or over with full legal capacity ("the Customer") an agreement for information services on the terms below. This is a public offer under the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

1. Terms

• Service — Use7en: the mobile app, the web version at app.useven.uz and the Telegram mini app.
• Subscription — paid access to the Service's paid features for the chosen period.
• Plan — a subscription period and its price, as shown in the Service at the time of payment.
• Balance — the Customer's in-app account in US dollars, from which subscriptions are paid.
• Top-up — adding money to the Balance through the Payment provider.
• Payment provider — the company that accepts the payment: currently Multicard (Uzcard, Humo, Visa and Mastercard cards and the Payme, Click, Uzum apps, among others).

2. Subject

2.1. The Contractor gives the Customer access to the Service's paid features for the period of the chosen Plan: full signal parameters (entry, stop loss, targets), alerts about them and other features marked as paid in the Service.

2.2. The services are informational. The Contractor does not trade on the Customer's behalf, does not manage the Customer's funds and does not guarantee any income.

3. Acceptance

3.1. Paying for a Subscription from the Balance accepts this offer; the agreement is concluded at that moment.

3.2. By topping up the Balance the Customer also accepts section 5.

4. Price and payment

4.1. Plan prices are shown in the Service in US dollars. Prices may change; a Subscription already paid for keeps its terms.

4.2. Subscriptions are paid from the Balance only. If the Balance is short, it has to be topped up.

4.3. For a Top-up the Payment provider charges an amount in Uzbek soum. Before you pay, the Service shows the amount in dollars, the Contractor's service fee, the exchange rate and the total in soum. The rate and amount are fixed when the payment is created.

4.4. Card details are entered on the Payment provider's page and processed by it. The Contractor never receives or stores them.

5. Balance

5.1. The Balance is kept in US dollars and can be used only to pay for the Service.

5.2. The Balance is not electronic money or a deposit; it earns no interest and cannot be transferred to another user or withdrawn.

5.3. Referral bonuses may be credited to the Balance on the terms published in the Service.

6. Subscription period

6.1. A Subscription starts when it is paid for and lasts until the end of the Plan period. The end date is shown in the Service.

6.2. There is no automatic renewal: when the period ends, access closes until the Customer pays for a new Subscription.

6.3. If the Customer pays for a different Plan while a Subscription is in force, the new one starts at once and the rest of the old one is not compensated. The Service warns about this before payment.

7. Refunds

7.1. The service is considered provided from the moment access to paid features is opened.

7.2. If paid features were unavailable through the Contractor's fault for more than 72 hours in a row, the Contractor, on the Customer's request, extends the Subscription by that time or refunds a proportional part of the price to the Balance.

7.3. Money credited to the Balance by mistake and not spent is returned, on the Customer's request made within 14 days, by the method used to pay, less the Payment provider's fees.

7.4. Refund requests go to hello@use7en.app and are handled within 10 business days.

8. Rights and obligations

8.1. The Contractor opens access right after payment, keeps the Service running and answers the Customer's requests.

8.2. The Contractor may carry out maintenance and change or improve the Service, provided the paid services are not reduced.

8.3. The Customer follows the Terms of use and does not share paid content with others. If the Customer breaks this, the Contractor may close access without compensation.

9. Liability

9.1. Signals and other content are not personal investment advice. The Customer makes trading decisions alone and bears their risks (see the Risk disclosure).

9.2. The Contractor's liability under this agreement is limited to the price of the paid Subscription.

10. Validity and changes

10.1. The offer is valid from its publication in the Service until it is withdrawn.

10.2. The Contractor may change the offer. A new version applies to Subscriptions paid for after it is published.
